First published by Cassell in 1942, and republished in Penguin. (1954 on --
I got my copy in 1968 -- dunno whether it's still in print.)
The speaker is Marie Powell, Milton's first wife.
Graves was pretty ferociously anti-Milton, there and elsewhere.
