Quite right, Dom, in saying that a scatological vent
of such brutal words as a response would have
undoubtfully been a prise for the kind of response you
look for: I hope you will bring to the Oxford Dialogue
Among Civilizations those kind of poems: (I will
provide the stage with a metal net to protect you from
the fury of the audience, and the hyphotetical
avalange of ripe tomatoes and eggs.)
