If you get hold of a very recent series on British TV called Linda Green it
has a character who is a chiropodist (registered?) but may be useful.

Subject: Request from Australia
Greetings from Hot & Sunny Albury,
I teach 1st year podiatry students in our program.
I am seeking electronic photos of corns (heloma), callus and verrucae that I
can use in an exercise on differential diagnosis. I am not looking for
anything spectacular. I want photos of the types of problems we see
everyday. I am also seeking photos of assorted lesions on the 1st or 5th
MPJ. I would be grateful if you have any you would be prepared to share with
me, to use for teaching purposes only, if you could e-mail them to me at

My second request is for suggestions for scenes out of films, tv programs,
books involving interchanges between health professionals and their
clients/patients that I could use to illustrate how to (and how not to)
interact with clients. I am especially interested in scenes involving
podiatrists/chiropodists. (I am seeking a copy of A Private Function, the
movie starring a chiropodist)
Thanks in anticipation
Harriet
