Hello,
The publisher has informed me that my book “Software Reliability Modelling”
(ISBN 981-02-0640-2 published in 1991) might be out-of-print soon and they
only have a small number of copies left. For those who are interested in
purchasing some of the last copies, please contact the publisher now (if
you a copy already, many thanks)...
The content may not be recent now, but from a modeling point of view, the
traditional models described in this book remain the most commonly
discussed ones. This book should be a good starting point for graduate
students and others who are interested in this topic, as the common models
are grouped based on their probabilistic interpretation and described in
details.
I may consider a second edition with updated models (there are not many
news ones...) and analysis (suggestions are welcome!). But if I have time
to do so, it will take a few years...
The website for the book is here:

The book is now as volume 1 of book series on Quality, Reliability and
Engineering Statistics:
