Hi,
It just so happened that at the last meeting of the West Yorkshire Occ
Health Nurses group at Fox's Biscuits (a fine venue) a chap came to talk
about narcolepsy. Try contacting a company called Cephalon at:

They actually make a drug for treating it but may be able to help. I can't
remember the chap's name.

Dear All,
Does anyone know of a consultant that is prepared to see patients with this
condition privately. I have an employee that is having to wait several
months before seeing his specialist. He is required to drive as part of his
work and has admitted to falling asleep whilst driving, therefore has been
suspended until his condition is better controlled. Neither his specialist
(in Boston, Lincs) nor one in Leicester see private patients. The company
is prepared to take him more or less anywhere and pay in order for a speedy
end to this scenario.
Regards
Kim
