Can anyone advise please ?
On one of our pharmaceutical manufacturing lines where coro-nitrate is part
of the process eye wash stations are readily available coro-nitrate plus
water equals explosion. Should I remove all eye wash stations or would eye
splashes be so small most of the chemical may have evaporated before water
is used.
At present safety glasses are worn should I advise goggles to minimise the
risk? What about skin splashes.? I should point out we have never had an
issue but as we all know any time we become complacent to the dangers a
accident is sure to follow.
Many Thanks
