Hi,
I provide an occupational health advisory service to a computer games company once a month. There are no other nursing/medical personnel on the site apart from first aiders. One of the employees who has insulin controlled diabetes wishes to store his insulin in the fridge at work. I have advised the HR manager that she should purchase a small lockable fridge so that it can be stored and that he keeps the key so no-one else can access it. Does anyone out there have any better ideas? I’m not sure of the law in such cases.
Many thanks
