I read about these chill out zones and also perfumed rooms (aromatherapy
types) quite a few years ago (?1995). They were new in Japan then-I remember
jokingly recommending them to one of our busy consultants when I still
worked on the wards!!
I think these chill out zones sound wonderful-I might recommend them but I
don't think the MOD will stretch to that-they will be concentrating on
seeing to Iraq with Bush!!
