gluewein!!!!!
Regarding all this business about recording managers comments about
employees - may I ask where you record the adverse comments employees make
about managers - if of course you do at all? And if you don't - why not? How
come an employee can sit there and have a good moan about management when
the manager may be under considerable stress from a workforce that is
perhaps not playing the game? There are 2 sides to every story...........
just a thought at this time of goodwill to ALL men!
