I would be interested to have a definitive answer on this too. The company I
work in used to have routine nasal cancer screening several years ago before
my company took over their occupational health. I have checked with my
Medical Director (OHP) who tells me nasal cancer develops too far back in
the NP space to be detected, and people who experience symptoms should see
their GP. My nurse manager tells me simple checks up peoples noses are
possible looking for ulcers. I have so far done nothing and no-one has come
to me complaining of nose symptoms!
Any suggestions?
