Dear all,
I have been able to get funding for purchase of physiotherapy treatment for
staff, either off-sick with a musculo-skeletal problem, or causing
significant limitation in fitness.
The amount available will probably fund only 20-25 courses of physio in a
year. We have 7,000 staff, so I'm going to have to be selective. My aim is
to demonstrate that it is cost-effective in getting staff back into
productive work, to persuade the College to keep & expand the funding.
Anyone got some sort of scoring system to help select who gets helped, or
want to suggest one?
For those of you with physiotherapy services, which conditions do you find
the physios are best at getting people back into work?
All suggestions welcomed.
