As I am not a doctor I guess I should not be answering this - but the GMC
standards of practice cover some of this topic from the practitioners view
point in paras 59/60 in that they must disclose and inform OH. I leave the
actual practice bits but just thought I should flag up the code as it is the
last 2 paras and maybe people don't always read to the end!
I will be interested to see the replies so please folks keep them open.
