Kevin - thanks for the response there.
I have sometimes likened stress in the very simple, slightly naive, analogy
of overfilling a milk bottle and when it is explained in this sense to some,
it seems to get through and pricks their mind into thinking that answers can
sometimes be found - avoidance isn't always possible, but work arounds and
sometimes better use of ICT in the workplace can help. A good point though
about anxiety and depression though - merely talking about stress and their
ability to manage their job creates this!

| A common stressor is a mismatch of workload and resources. Of course it
| might be a straight forward matter of if you ask a person to remember too
| much, they won't remember it (well there's a surprise).
