Having visited the site very recently, it appears to be very well laid out
and there were lots of visitors. A lot of work (and expense) has evidently
been put in over the years and this site appears to be pretty much a labour
of love rather than a commercially oriented business plan. Having got to
the state that it is now it is however quite an attractive proposition.
Combined with the consent for a holiday cottage etc, your comment "nice
little earner" might not be far wrong. Perhaps the owner is simply looking
to retire.
Whether it is worth the capital outlay of the recommended purchase price is
another matter.
