Subject: A Study of Business Models Sustaining the Development of
Digital Cultural Content
All,
The Wall Communications study, commissioned by Canadian Heritage and
presented at our meeting in Washington earlier in the year, is now
available for reading on the web.
The introductory blurb reads "In Fall 2001, the Canadian Culture Online
Branch contracted Wall Communications Inc., an independent
economics-consulting firm, to study the current and potential business
models for the development of digital cultural content. In order to do
so, Wall Communications consulted with several cultural and heritage
organizations and experts in the fields of cultural content digitization
and business models for the delivery of content over the Internet."
The document itself can be accessed from
