Hi,
Preparing a new module in Information Retrieval for Knowledge Management at
L'boro I wondered whether any list members know of good examples of
information retrieval techniques/systems that have been used to help enable
access to knowledge within or outside an organisation. In other words
practical examples where technology has been applied recently to get access
to and perhaps share knowledge (excluding, of course the longstanding
commercial IR systems/services).
I will circulate the replies if they seem of general interest.
