Dear John,
The excellent Psychinfo database (which goes back to 1887) has some stuff on
epilepsy and ketogenic diets. There is also the Cochrane Controlled Trials
Register which should have something.
However, if this is a literature search for a Cochrane systematic review, I
would have thought that the doctor should be getting support from the NHSCRD
at York University. They have access to a far wider range of databases than
most NHS libraries and have the dedicated staff time to carry out really
thorough searches.
