I have a question - but not about the latest NHS deal.
I have a reader who is writing a chapter for a book. She has found a series
of photographs of faces in a book that illustrate what she wants to show.
So she asked whether she could copy them. I think she should get permission
from the book's publisher, and there seem to be special rules about
photographs, but these ones have already been copied into the book (but I do
not know if they were the author's own as I have not seen). I did suggest
she took her own!
If anyone can advise, I'd be grateful.
Thanks.
