Fee and payment
Pre-registration is necessary.  The fee includes coffee, lunch, tea,
admission to the lectures, any technical exhibition and drinks reception for
the registrant only.

Payment may be made by credit card using the form overleaf, by registering
on line on the RSM web site www.rsm.ac.uk or by cheque payable to 'RSM'.
Cheques must be in sterling drawn on a UK bank.

Cancellations
Should be confirmed in writing and accompanied by your receipt.  An
administrative charge of £15 will be made on all cancellations received up
to seven days before the event.  After this date we regret fees will not be
refunded.  Substitutions may be made at any time without charge.

Diet
We are happy to accommodate special diets where we are able.  Kosher meals
can be provided for an additional £25 fee if notified and paid for before
the meeting.

Data Protection Act
Your name, current post and place of work will be included on the list of
participants which is included in the delegate pack and issued to delegates,
speakers, sponsoring companies and other interested parties.

Accommodation
We will be happy to send you a list of local hotels on request.

Aims & Objectives
The symposium is designed to bring together Librarians and Clinicians to
help both groups understand the demands for knowledge management skills
currently facing those working in healthcare, and to allow them to identify
and share the skills required.

Who should attend
Clinicians and Librarians working in healthcare who wish to develop their
skills; understand the roles which they can fulfil and contribute to the
debate about how knowledge management in the health service could be
developed.
