Colleagues,
I have been presented with somewhat of a challenge - one of our consultants
is trying to find out the average age of survival in the West of Ireland in
the 1920s and a similar figure for England within the last ten years. I
have had a very cursory look but, apart from a few references on Medline
regarding survival rates, have not found anything substantial.
Rather than spend too much more time in looking I was wondering whether
anyone had either been faced with a similar enquiry, or was able to point
me in the right direction.
Here's hoping, anyway.
Regards.
