Dear Colleagues,
An effective remedy would be to harden the sound of the "C", as though
a "K". Since the English language is pre-eminently and spectacularly
non-phonetic (despite GBS's attempts to give us a logical phonetic
system), this can be done without controversy.

Is there anyone else out there embarrassed by the new name cilip
(pronounced silip)? We have had enough problems with our image
already!
