We offer Finding the Evidence Workshops with practice sessions for searching
the databases, with librarians on-hand to offer assistance.
We would like to take the sessions out to the community staff, but we are
limited to locations that have access to several computers and databases.
So we can teach them the theory of searching for evidence, but unless there
are computers with Internet or databased access, they wouldn't have the
hands-on practice session, which is so valuable.
Do other libraries have this problem, or do any of you have a solution?
I look forward to your responses. With best wishes, from,
Caroline
