Hello everyone
Thank you from NeLH Team
On behalf of all the NeLH Team, I’d like to thank those of you who
participated in the NeLH Awareness Week. You’ll be pleased to know it was
worth all the hard work as our usage figures rocketed during November. We
can assume that we’ve reached out to new users and this is thanks to the
efforts of a whole range of people, including yourselves.
Over 50000 sessions were recorded during November creating just under 4
million hits to the site. During Awareness Week, over 12000 visits were
recorded four times the number that visited in the same week the previous
year.
A press release to this effect is in preparation – you can now view all
our press releases and newsletters online via our About Us pages (follow
the link from the home page at www.nelh.nhs.uk).
Awareness Week also saw the launch of several new resources:
- the new Care Pathways and Protocols library including know how
about creating integrated care pathways, (www.nelh.nhs.uk/pathways)
- the emergency care elearning module (www.nelh.nhs.uk/ec)
- and a new resource for webmasters to help them integrate NeLH with
local NHS resources (www.nelh.nhs.uk/webmaster).
And lastly, a date for your diary - next year’s Awareness Week will run
from 23 November 2003 and will focus on specific elements of the library.
This time, we’re giving you plenty of notice and allowing ourselves a bit
more planning time too! Your ideas and suggestions are always welcome.
Regards,
Alison
