As a result of our recent CHI review, we (Finance dept in Christie Hospital)
are looking at Performance Indicators in ALL Departments across the Trust.
Is anybody using PI's at present? If so, what Indicators are you using as a
measure of service delivery? and how meaningful do you think they really are
to in respect for the service you delivery to your Trust?
Ordering - Processing - and delivering Journal subscriptions is a service,
how would you score it as a PI? It is just as important as supplying an ILL,
more so as your local subscriptions should be core to your institutes
activities
All replies will be gratefully received. I will collate the responses and
feedback any replies. All replies will be treated in confidence
