Summary The nationally renowned Information Resources Section at ScHARR offers
this opportunity resulting from staff development. As members of a busy team
you will be delivering information support to health services research within
the University and across the region. Clients include NICE, DoH, the NHS Health
Technology Assessment (HTA) Programme and NHS users of our enquiry services.
With at least one years’ experience of health information services you will
serve as the central contact point for funding enquiries within the information
service. You will also be delivering an extensive programme of training courses
on searching the Internet, literature searching and reference management.
The post is available from 2 November 2002, until 31 March 2004.
