Just to note that the instructions below apply to Outlook, so if you use
Outlook Express or Netscape Messenger or [insert email package name
here] you will need to find the appropriate way of dealing with unwanted
messages. You can of course syphon off messages into a folder for later
perusal rather than deleting them.
In Messenger it is possible to view a log of what has happened - it is
interesting to see how many requests for videos there are that I never
get to see!
