We use waybills for everything except British Library books. For these, we are happier using consignment notes because of their tracking service. However, we have never attempted to check up on this tracking service due to workload and the fact that Hays DX has not lost any of the BL books returned by us. Hays has, in fact, not lost any parcels returned by us even using the waybills.
We are very happy with the service we receive from Hays DX and, as I have often said, it is better than the irregular visits from the old LASER courier.
