Here is a summary of the results of this little questionnaire:
61% do NOT offer an ILL service to any of these categories.
11% offer an ILL services to ALL of these categories.
28% offer an ILL service to SOME of these categories.
Of this 28% NONE offered the service to category (a)but the
service to the other categories varied considerably.
The majority of libraries that offer a service to any or all of these
categories charge more for it than the cost to their own members.
