Dear Tracey, We use waybills because its cheaper [only £1.30 per item as
opposed to £3.75]. But if you want to continue with consignment notes for
the security you get, I think you should ignore your delivery man - what's
it to do with him, you are the customer!

I have another Hays DX query. Our delivery man has been trying to persuade
us to use waybills instead of consignment notes. I have been advised that
we are the only library in the London area who continue to use consignment
notes. We use them because of the tracking facilities. What do other
people use and what are the benefits?
