As far as North West Wales(Gwynedd, Conwy and Anglesey) is concerned, we
will be charging the same rates for everyone, i.e. £5 for members of the
CONARLS URL scheme and £6.65 for non-members. I see no reason to charge
private sector libraries a different rate - the whole reimbursement system
is already complicated enough, without adding another layer of complexity
to it...
Besides, as far as I'm aware, very few private sector libraries approach us
for ILLs. In fact, I'd be hard put to think of a single recent example!
