Dear ILL team,
I fully sympathise with your plight having
worked with huge backlogs of ill requests myself and I have to fit it all
in with many other duties, what with working out getting used to applying
the new British Library system and teaching it to my ILL colleagues here.

This has led to an ongoing backlog of requests for items on inter-library loan. If you are applying to us we would greatly appreciate it if requesting libraries could only send chasers to us after 5 weeks. This will help us avoid any confusion with requests that are still in progress. We will keep you updated with any further developments.
