If I understand things correctly you cannot use the ADD Address service
offered by the British Library if you send off your requests before
obtaining the copyright signatures. For us this means that if we introduce
web requesting it would actually slow down the whole process.
We are, nevertheless, hoping to do so because our readers seem to so
desperately hate having to use a pen on a piece of paper! :-)
