If we started charging Eire libraries more, we would have to negotiate a price with them for every request. I think it would only work if there was a general agreement among the Irish libraries that they knew they would be charged more by us (UK suppliers) and we didn't have to make agreements with individual libraries with every request - this would be too time-consuming.
