Kath,
Maybe you are using Ariel?
If you are using Ariel for receiving documents from BLDSC, the Shipped message text has recently changed on the intray.
It used to say SHIPPED ARIEL, but now says SHIPPED ELECTRONICALLY.
I had to enter the new message in our system so that our Sirsi Unicorn system could recognise the Shipped messages and processed them correctly. Until I did this, Unicorn just ignored the new Shipped messages.
There is a mention of this in the BL customer Update which arrived last week.
