Dear ILL People
Like others, we only apply to for loans from OX/U-8 etc if there is no
other location, partly a hangover form the BAckup situation and also
because if we can borrow something for our readers from a library which
allows home reading our readers prefer it. We are very grateful for
all the help we have received from Oxford and don't want to overload
anyone. So we would probably continue to send a similar number of
requests as we do now unless the price was very extreme. Our requests
say on them that we are willing to pay the prices others charge, so it
wouldn't cause us a problem from an administration point of view.
