The Lancaster ILLOS System allows users to print the copyright declaration at the time the
request is submitted via the web, from the device where it is submitted. If the user
submits a request from a device which is unable to print, ILLOS puts the bibliographic details into a declaration form
and emails it to the user, the assumption being that all users are able to print emails.
However it is configured, for printing/emailing at the time of submision, ILLOS keeps track of the status
of the copyright declaration and sends reminders via email as necessary.
