We've had the same problems with SAGE and this is the answer I got from ingenta, February 12:
"We are still awaiting the 2002 subscription files from Sage Publishers."
So, the problem is SAGE, not ingenta. ingenta copied in the publisher and I'm eagerly awaiting their answer.
Just contact ingenta's helpdesk and I'm sure they'll assist.
