None of the database suppliers I have asked for usage figures have
given this response - but I have not as yet asked any for turnaways.
Unfortunately, as Maureen points out, cancellation is often not an
option with services that we are unhappy with but where there is
little or no competition.
The only response that I can think of is to inform the supplier that
the only way that you are going to be able justify an increased
number of licences is with the data you are requesting.
