Sally I am interested in attending. My own concern is access via NHSnet to
specific titles, rather than "packages". Small, specialist libraries are
suffering because the large, usually academic, consortia get the deals and
influence licensing, so us smaller institutions are ignored. I therefore
appreciate your position
