Thanks for highlighting this problem Lesley. I wasn't aware of it, but we
share it too. As Maney will doubtless receive many emails now, I've
suggested that they might like to offer unrestricted access whilst all this
is sorted out. You never know...
It's noticeable that this journal doesn't yet appear on Maney's web pages:

As a service to colleagues, and not to plug Liverpool School of Tropical
Medicine journals at all, I'd also point out that Maney also now publish:
Annals of Tropical Medicine and Parasitology
Annals of Tropical Paediatrics
and that these are available online to print subscribers at ingenta. (Both
were formerly published by Carfax, available online at Catchword).
