I too am putting together a portfolio for Route B chartership! So far, I've
had a years worth of experience and my A4 lever arch folder is already full!
I've reviewed my job every 6 months and added sections to the portfolio as
new projects and trainings have been undertaken. I'm sure that I'll have
more than enough material for some sections and not enough for others by the
time I get to the end of my second year.
I'm planning on adding photos as evidence, and minutes for meetings which
say I attended (especially where I was visiting for training purposes rather
than necessity.) I too, will be looking at the sections for a PDR and basing
my portfolio evidence on those sections. I will also have to write bits to
cover where there is no actual evidence such as time spent answering
enquiries, shelving, etc etc.
What I'm not yet sure about is how to display the information in the lever
arch. I think this is a case of "to plastic pocket or not." Any hints/ideas
gratefully received!
Thanks everyone for the useful discussion on portfolios, I now have some
more ideas on construction and evidence!
