I know, I'm at the same stage as you but on Route B. It's really daunting
isn't it?
I'm planning on using the proforma to get an idea of a framework of what to
include and I've found a good article on the internet, from the career
development group journal. It's at
http://www.careerdevelopmentgroup.org.uk/impact/0700/nlewis.htm.
Hope this makes it a bit less scary!

Subject: New candidate - very nervous and not sure!!!
I promise this won't be 'misery making'
I haven't actually registered yet - I'm in the process of filling out all
the documentation for Route A and like Sarah, am guaranteed a pay rise when
I finish.
I want to know, apart from actually getting round to starting to write the
PDR, how do you decide the content, what to include, not to include &c. Is
there a possibility of seeing a completed one to get an idea what it's all
about.
I've gathered a folder of articles, e-mails &c so have plenty of background
stuff but haven't a clue what to write about. HELP!
