I'm also in the process of getting a portfolio together (not assisted by the
fact I changed jobs two days after getting signed off the training
programme!).
For some of the sections that were on my training programme I could have
spend paragraphs explaining how I went about doing tasks (and I one section
prove how I could do standard service tasks like issues, returns, shelving,
shelf tidying, covering etc...) The easiest way I found was to condense it
all down to 15 or so photos with captions.
When your tight on words and don't want to spend hundred explaining basic
tasks it really helps. Some of them look a bit staged but they get the
point across.
