I was on Route B but I think the contents are probably similiar-ish?
Your best bet is to request to see a completed PDR from your
liaison officer (the LA will give you details if you are unsure who
that is) or go along to a Preparing for Chartership meeting in your
area (again LA can tell you when / where) and they have a whole
host of them available for you to look at/sometimes borrow.
I think I have my contents page on disk somewhere at home which
I can dig out and email to you if that is of any use.
