No, because we are not supposed to aim for a specific Board meeting. There's no
guarantee that if you submit by a particular date your submission will be passed
by a particular Board, as it depends on the time it takes for it to be read by
the two Board members (volunteers) who decide its fate, and subsequently on
other things like if they decide it needs more, or they want a third opinion,
etc. So we are not supposed to send in for specific Board meetings, just send it
in when it's done!
