Like Lesha I also started of the year with a resolution i.e. to grab every
chance of experience / course / opportunity going. It is only the 14th of
January and I think I have bitten off more than I can chew. I had at the
end of the year volunteered to do New deal mentoring and now the 3 hour
training sessions have arrived 6-9 after work on 14, 15, 16 Jan. The
college offered us the opportunity to attend Food for Thought lunches to
meet with the Governing Board (mine is on the 24th). There is a committee
meeting of college librarians on the 18 Jan. My boss was off sick on the
7th and I volunteered to take two sessions he had organised for lecturers.
Help!! I am glad my course on e-journals isn't until next month. Meanwhile
I too am determined to charter this year. Hand me the tablets.
