Hello,
My opinion is that I wouldn't use a pseudonym. If you
are being critical you presumably have a structured
argument as to what you feel is not right and what
could be done to improve the situation. So long as
this is given and it is a structured positive
criticism, then where is the problem? If it is just a
rant about the organisation then perhaps it is best
left out altogether?
The report is supposed to be your thoughts and
opinions and to highlight your progress in the
profession. Being critical and being able to discuss
why a problem or situation has occurred and what might
have been done to prevent it surely shows that you
have thought about the situation and used your
experience to make that judgement.
Just my own thoughts.
