The ideal paper may be theoretical, experimental or applied,
and it should make a substantial, clear contribution to the field.
The submissions will be peer reviewed. Authors should submit
their contribution with the understanding that their manuscript
is not under simultaneous consideration by any other publisher,
and that it has not been published elsewhere in a substantially
similar form or content. Authors are suggested to use the style
