Dear All,
As I have already mentioned to a number of people, extra workload at the
University, mainly related to building development plans and projects have
eliminated all available free time for me and has made my leading the NoE
effort an absolute impossibility. Therefore, as much as I regret it, I will
have to withdraw from this task, at least for the foreseeable future
(probably for at least all of 2003). I have taken this decision with
difficulty, because as you know, I have put a lot of effort into this, since
trust management is one of topics where I have a great research interest.
However, I do strongly encourage anyone from you who feels so inclined, to
take the baton and continue - with all of my support. Actually, I think
somebody SHOULD do that, given the increasing interest that we get for our
EoI, and the apparent lack of related proposals for the first call.
I do of course intend to continue with the organization of our first
conference on trust management, and hopefully things will get better soon...
I apologize for any anomalies caused and wish you Happy Holidays
christos

|Sure.
|I guess Complex Systems (including humans) may become simpler if
|restructured
|under Trust. Trust is the seed for agreed structure. Structures allow to
|substitute one name for a set of a hundred components ...
