Badenoch & Clark are a recruitment agency. One of our Public Sector
clients is currently looking to recruit a GIS Officer with sound database
administration skills. In particular 'Oracle'.
The key aspects on the role will involve manipulating and cleansing data
that resides on the Oracle database. At least 18 months database
administration experience is, therefore, necessary. Other database skills
that will be to your advantage include Access and SQL Server.
It is also essential that you have at least two years experience of working
on the National Land & Property Gazateer (NLPG). If you have not worked
with the NLPG you need not apply.
The client is based in Northamptonshire. At our clients request,
applications from candidates in or near to Northants will be considered
first.
This role is a temporary job that is likely to last for 3 to 6 months.
Pay will be on an hourly basis up to the value of £15 phr, depending upon
experience.
